Pinecone Imprint is committed to creating a healthy, open, and friendly platform. To ensure a positive experience for all users, we have established these Community Guidelines. Violations of these guidelines may result in content deletion, account suspension, or permanent bans. We encourage users to actively report violations to help maintain a healthy community ecosystem.

I. Platform Advocacy

• Be Law-Abiding: Comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Do not use the platform for illegal activities or to infringe upon the legitimate rights of others.
• Be Respectful: Use civil and appropriate language. Avoid offensive, discriminatory, aggressive, or vulgar words.
• Understand AI Limits: Be aware that AI-generated content has limitations. It lacks emotion and independent consciousness, and generated information may be inaccurate. Verify important information before relying on it.
• Protect Privacy: Do not share unauthorized sensitive personal information (such as ID numbers, banking details, or private addresses).

II. Prohibited Content and Behaviors

1. Illegal and Dangerous Activities:

• Promoting terrorism, extremism, violence, or illegal acts.
• Distributing pornography, sexually explicit content, or facilitating illicit transactions.
• Promoting gambling, illicit drugs, or restricted goods (e.g., weapons).
• Content that encourages self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders.

2. Harassment and Hate Speech:

• Hate speech or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, or disability.
• Bullying, threatening, doxing, or inciting coordinated attacks against individuals.

3. Child Safety:

• Uploading or generating child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
• Content that exploits, endangers, or inappropriately targets minors.

4. Intellectual Property and Integrity:

• Infringing on copyrights, trademarks, portrait rights, or privacy rights.
• Using the "Custom Art Style" feature to upload unauthorized copyrighted material or using well-known IP names inappropriately.
• Spreading verifiably false information, misinformation, or impersonating others.
• Using bots, scripts, or multiple accounts to exploit platform features, manipulate engagement, or artificially farm rewards.

III. Enforcement and Contact

We will continuously update these guidelines as our community grows. If you encounter content or accounts that violate these guidelines, please report them directly within the app or contact us at support@pineconeimprint.ai.
