Please read this Service Agreement carefully before using our software. By registering, logging in, or using the app, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, the Privacy Policy, and other related rules.
2.1 Pinecone Imprint is intended for adult users. If you are under 18 years of age, you may only use the service with the consent and supervision of a legal guardian. The AI-generated content is for reference only and should not be used as professional advice.
2.2 We may update or modify the software and its features periodically to improve user experience.
2.3 You may stop using the services at any time. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate services or add new restrictions at our discretion.
2.4 All AI-generated content will be transparently labeled with metadata indicating it was generated by AI, to ensure authenticity and prevent misleading information.
3.1 You can register via email, phone number, or third-party login providers (such as Apple or Google). By using third-party login, you authorize us to obtain necessary profile information (e.g., username and avatar) to create your account.
3.2 Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
3.3 You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or shared.
4.1 You must not engage in hacking, reverse engineering, distributing malware, or exploiting the app's services via bots or scripts.
4.2 You agree not to upload or generate content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or infringes on the rights of others.
5.1 You retain intellectual property rights to the content you actively input. Subject to applicable laws, the outputs generated by you belong to the respective rightsholders. However, by uploading content to our platform, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, display, and distribute this content for operational and model-improvement purposes.
5.2 Sensitive Information: You must ensure that any images you upload do not contain sensitive personal information or biometric data of third parties without their explicit consent.
5.3 Custom Art Styles: If you upload reference images to create custom art styles, you must own the rights to those images. You are solely responsible for any infringement claims.
Pinecone Imprint is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service or reliance on the generated content.
If you are under 13 years old (or the applicable minimum age of digital consent), you must have a parent or guardian's explicit consent to use this service.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local laws where Pinecone Imprint Inc. is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved amicably or submitted to the competent courts in the Company's jurisdiction.
