Welcome to Pinecone Imprint! Please read and fully understand these Terms of Use before you start using Pinecone Imprint. Important contents, such as exemption or limitation of liability clauses, are highlighted in bold. Please read them carefully.

Pinecone Imprint is primarily intended for adults. If you are under 18 years old, please carefully read these terms accompanied by your legal guardian and use the app only with their consent.

1. During your use of Pinecone Imprint, you may submit text, images, and other inputs (collectively "Inputs"), and Pinecone Imprint will generate images or other outputs in response (collectively "Outputs").
2. To ensure high-quality processing, we will securely transmit your selected Inputs to our servers. Features involving facial analysis are solely used for generating consistent character designs; we do not extract or permanently store your biometric facial recognition data, and the process is securely encrypted.
3. You acknowledge and promise that: you will respect privacy, ethics, and data security; you will not input or share unauthorized personal or confidential information; and your Inputs are lawful and you possess the necessary rights or authorizations. You must not infringe on the copyrights, trademarks, portrait rights, or other rights of any third party.
4. When using the "Custom Art Style" feature, ensure that the reference images and style names you upload comply with the law and do not infringe on third-party rights.
5. When using the platform's music library to add audio to your user-generated content (UGC), you may only display, share, and distribute it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not use the music for commercial marketing, brand partnerships, or any form of monetization outside the platform's authorized scope.
6. Due to the limitations of generative AI technology, we cannot guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of the Outputs. Outputs are based on training data and algorithms. We recommend consulting professionals before taking any actions based on the Outputs, especially regarding health, financial, or legal matters.
7. You must scientifically, rationally, and lawfully use generative AI technology. You bear all consequences and responsibilities for any judgments or actions you make based on the Outputs.
8. We take content safety seriously and employ reasonable measures to filter inappropriate or harmful content. However, we cannot entirely rule out the possibility of errors. If you encounter inappropriate content, please report it to us so we can continually optimize our models.
9. Pinecone Imprint products and services are provided on an "as-is" basis based on current technology. While we strive to ensure continuity and security, we cannot guarantee that the services are completely free of flaws or immune to technical/legal risks. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, incidental, or special damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on its Outputs.
10. These Terms of Use are a supplementary agreement to the Service Agreement and Privacy Policy and form an integral part thereof. In case of any conflict, these Terms shall prevail for the specific matters covered herein.
